Receptionist – Immediate Start
📍 Birtinya | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Our client, located in Birtinya, is currently seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to join their team for an immediate start. This opportunity is initially for a minimum four-week assignment, with the potential to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, has a friendly and professional manner, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel
* Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors
* Assist experienced staff and follow instructions efficiently
* Manage and prioritise daily tasks effectively
* Maintain accurate records and support general administrative functions
* Work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute positively to workplace culture
* Utilise computer systems and adapt quickly to new software platforms
About You:
* Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience preferred
* Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively
