The Role
As Senior Systems Analyst, you will oversee the Pronto ERP and finance systems across Ramelius, providing expert guidance, driving improvements and supporting stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and secure financial information that meets business needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Manage and administer finance systems including Pronto ERP, ExpenseMe Pro, EFTsure, and the Employee Portal
* Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data while maintaining compliance and audit requirements
* Drive consistent implementation and user experience of Pronto across all Ramelius locations
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support timely financial decision‑making
* Collaborate with Finance teams to improve data structures, reporting, and governance practices
* Lead system projects and upgrades including benchmarking, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide advanced user support, training, and documentation to enhance capability across the Group
* Manage budgets and forecasts for Pronto and finance systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
About You
You are a technically skilled and strategically minded Senior Systems Analyst with the ability to engage and support stakeholders across all levels of the business. You are proactive and improvement‑focused, with a pragmatic approach to delivering accurate, secure, and timely financial information.
You Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field
* Expertise in Pronto ERP administration and support within a mining environment
* Strong knowledge of financial processes including AP, AR, GL, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects and ERP upgrades successfully
* Clear and confident communication skills, translating technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
* A collaborative style that builds strong relationships across corporate and remote site teams
* Analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
* Commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and self‑development
* Flexibility to travel to WA sites as required to support system initiatives
