Are you passionate about agriculture and curious about how strong financial insights can help businesses and communities thrive? Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking team is looking for an Agribusiness Analyst who wants to build a meaningful career while supporting some of Victoria's most important regional industries.
In this role, you'll work closely with experienced Agribusiness Executives, partnering with them to support the financial wellbeing and long‐term sustainability of agribusiness clients across the region. Your work will directly contribute to stronger businesses, resilient communities and a thriving agricultural sector.
You'll be exposed to a diverse portfolio of clients, giving you the opportunity to deepen your understanding of different agribusiness models and challenges. Using market‐leading tools and innovative banking solutions, you'll help analyse financial performance, develop insights and contribute to tailored strategies that support client growth and success.
Day to day, you'll collaborate with relationship teams to understand client needs, prepare financial analysis and modelling, and build your capability to proactively recommend ideas and solutions. Just as importantly, you'll be supported to grow—developing your technical skills, confidence and career pathway within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
We're open to a range of backgrounds. You may already have experience in commercial banking, advisory, accounting or agribusiness, or you may bring a strong academic foundation in finance or agriculture and a genuine desire to build your career in this space. What matters most is your analytical mindset, curiosity, customer focus and commitment to delivering thoughtful, high‐quality outcomes.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Agriculture or a related discipline is highly regarded, along with an interest in developing your research, financial modelling and credit analysis capabilities.
