We are seeking a seasoned Senior Defence Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Australian market.

* Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in defence recruitment with a strong understanding of technical placements and a sales-driven approach.
* A minimum 2 years' experience in permanent recruitment with a focus on technical roles.
* Prior experience recruiting for defence roles or intimate knowledge of the defence sector and associated job titles.
* A strong, confident, and competent sales personality capable of account management and active client acquisition.
