Recognise Support Services is a growing provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care. We are seeking reliable, professional individuals to join our team in Busselton, providing in-home support for participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments.

Available Positions
* Permanent Part-Time (2 Positions): Requires high availability across a 7/7 roster. Mandatory requirement to perform sleepover shifts, respite day shifts, and provide coverage for leave.
* Casual (1 Position): Requires high flexibility and the ability to work at short notice.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality in-home support for SIL participants.
* Assist with daily living activities and respite care.
* Maintain professional boundaries and strictly follow individual support plans.
* Complete real-time documentation, including shift notes and sleepover logs.
Requirements
* Reliability: A consistent, professional "can-do" attitude.
* Compliance: Current National Police Check
* Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for accurate reporting.
* Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts (Days, Nights, Weekends) across Busselton.
* Desirable: Medication Administration training/certification.
Remuneration
* Rates as per the SCHADS Award (Home Care stream).
* Classification based on experience and qualifications.
