This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and on-site support to a leading mining company in the Bowen Basin region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and adhere to all safety requirements on site and within the workplace;
* Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders;
* Ensure consistency as a centralized point of contact;
* Maximize customer fleet performance through reliability-focused systems and training;
* Maintain and increase market share of parts and services;
* Communicate and manage challenges affecting fleet performance and satisfaction;
* Manage, document and resolve customer issues and enquiries.
About You
We are seeking someone with:
* Relevant trade qualifications;
* Demonstrated experience in managing customer relationships in the mining industry;
* Knowledge of mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries;
* A commitment to Safety and continuous Improvement;
* A proactive approach to finding solutions;
* A positive attitude to developing the business through collaboration.
