Employment Type: Full Time - 38 hours per week
Pay: $38.20- $39.35 per hour + Educational Leader Allowance per hour + Superannuation + Benefits

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you\'ll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You\'ll deepen the team\'s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you\'ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs.
- Deepen understanding of child development and early years content.
- Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice in partnership with centre leadership.
About Goodstart Kin Kora
Kin Kora is a 74-place childcare centre located opposite Kin Kora Primary School, close to shops, bus routes, main roads, and residential estates. The centre focuses on sustainability with a fully operational vegetable and herb garden. It offers large, age-appropriate play spaces and equipment to enhance children\'s awareness of their surroundings and the workplace.
Community involvement is important to us through visits, events, and activities year-round. Daily art and music experiences support children\'s creativity. The team includes long-standing Educators (five staff with over 10 years and others with over five years of service) and a diverse, inclusive culture.

You\’ll need
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
