We now a Branch Manager opportunity for you to join our Yatala team on a Full-Time basis.
About the role
The Branch Manager will report to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.
This is a highly autonomous position where you'll be able to create your own blueprint for success while being supported by the broader CoolDrive network.
What your responsibilities will be
* Build and represent the CoolDrive brand by delivering high-quality, reliable service and establishing a strong reputation in the region.
* Support and grow the existing customer base, fostering long-term business relationships.
* Oversee daily sales and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient branch performance.
* Collaborate with the Regional Manager to drive business growth and brand presence in your area.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the branch's success.
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional results.
* Champion a culture of safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
What you will bring
* Proven experience leading and motivating a team, ideally within the automotive industry.
* A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales or performance targets.
* Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* A lead-by-example leadership style that encourages and energizes others.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with others across the business.
* A valid forklift licence (preferred).
* A current driver's licence (essential).
