Responsibilities
 * Run your own section of the kitchen with consistency and flair.
 * Ensure freshness, quality, and presentation of dishes to the highest standards.
 * Support menu planning and daily specials.
 * Supervise and mentor junior chefs.
 * Manage stock control, rotation, and contribute to ordering.
 * Uphold kitchen hygiene and HACCP compliance.
Qualifications
 * Passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences.
 * Strong teamwork and communication skills.
 * Commitment to learning, consistency, and attention to detail.
 * Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or minimum of 3 years experience in relevant role required.
 * Experience in Mediterranean/Greek cuisine an advantage.
 * HACCP knowledge and food safety certification valued.
 * Full, unrestricted Australian working rights.
Roles
 * Chef de Partie – Run your own section; manage quality, assist with menu planning, mentor junior staff, control stock and ensure HACCP compliance.
 * Commis Chef – Support kitchen across sections; learn Mediterranean-inspired techniques; assist with prep, storage, rotation, and hygiene.
