Along with driving the strategic priorities for the store, you will also lead a high-performing team of Leaders, Service Specialists and Store Hosts to ensure an exceptional and consistent experience for all customers. Day-to-day responsibilities: As a Flagship Sales Manager you'll work on a full-time basis. This may include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade. - Lead by example, deliver and drive exceptional customer experiences while ensuring MECCA's customer service standards are upheld. - Partnering with the Flagship Store Manager, Services & Events Manager, and Operations Manager to ensure every customer leaves looking and feeling their best - Demonstrate a strong understanding of key performance indicators to drive commercial results, ensuring the team works towards these goals daily. - Partner with stakeholders to implement trials and innovations, providing support through feedback, data analysis, and continuous process improvement. - Collaborate with concession partners to deliver a seamless customer experience, enhance operational efficiency, and drive trade. - Operate with agility, achieving best-in-class outcomes in a energetic environment. - Apply critical thinking to solve complex problems using a decision-making matrix. What you'll bring to this role: - Extensive experience (minimum 2-3 years) managing a large format retail environment where you inspire, coach and train large teams. - A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments. - Strong stakeholder management experience, internally and externally. - Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development. - A make-it-happen mindset with a proven ability to develop strong relationships. - Genuine care for people, always striving to create the best possible team member experience. - An ability to think big and long-term, and drive change through influencing others.
