* Oversee hotel operations in the absence of senior management.
Main responsibilities include:
* Performing night audit duties.
* Conducting hotel security audits.
* E nsuring cashiering procedures are followed.
* Rolling over and balancing hotel daily transactions.
* Providing quality service to all hotel customers.
* Handling customer compliments and complaints.
* Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in night audit.
* Ability to perform all front office procedures.
* Proficiency in OPERA and Microsoft Office suite.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate professionally with different stakeholders.
* Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
* Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
* First Aid Certificate.
* Full Driver's Licence (Manual and Auto).
