About the RoleThe Cyber Security Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating a range of cyber security initiatives across cyber risk management and security operations.
The Cyber Security Operations Officer oversees the cyber security operations roster and ensuring staff are meeting internal Service Level Agreement's (SLA's). The Officer will also be responsible for supporting the cyber governance, risk and compliance function through coordinating risk assessments and providing technical cyber security risk advice to internal and external stakeholders.
The Cyber Security Operations Officer provides information, advice and assistance to technical teams within ICT Services and is responsible for undertaking cyber related investigations, performing regular audits of network and identity access controls and preparing reports related to cyber security operational activities and incidents.
QualificationsThe successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN -EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

RemunerationASO5 $85,790 - $95,413 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading
