We're now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director and Directors and help keep our leadership team organised, informed and operating at their best.

About the role
You'll work closely with the Managing Director and Directors, ensuring priorities are organised, communication is clear and the business moves forward smoothly. This is a high-trust role with exposure to confidential matters and strategic projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing executive calendars, emails and day-to-day priorities
* Preparing agendas, minutes, briefing notes and follow-up actions
* Attending high-level meetings and taking confidential minutes
* Drafting and polishing documents, letters, tenders and reports
* Organising travel, events, meetings and stakeholder functions
* General office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing accounts
* Summarising reports and preparing information for decision-making
* Liaising with the internal team, contractors, clients and suppliers
* Acting as the primary contact for the document control system, ensuring accurate versioning and compliance
* Leading internal projects such as policies, resource manuals and process improvements
* Assisting with marketing tasks including website updates and social media coordination
* Supporting overall business organisation and continuous improvement

What you'll need
* Excellent computer literacy, with the ability to confidently navigate and master multiple systems
* Strong written and verbal communication
* High attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
* Police Check + WWVP (or willingness to obtain)
* Experience as an EA, PA or high-level admin is highly desirable
* Experience polishing documents, reports or tenders is an advantage
* Experience with social media or basic marketing tasks is a plus
* Project coordination or process improvement experience is beneficial
