The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential maintenance or construction supervision, with a trade background being preferred but not essential. They will possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle time on-site and in-office effectively.
A key aspect of this role is providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. The Service Manager will be responsible for coordinating with our maintenance team to book and manage trades for larger or specialized repairs, maintaining detailed records, and attending completed homes during the 12-month maintenance period and beyond to assess reported issues.
Responsibilities
* Attending completed homes to assess reported issues
* Completing minor repairs on-site where appropriate
* Conducting structural and warranty checks across a broad portfolio
* Liaising directly with homeowners to ensure a positive experience
* Coordinating with the maintenance team to book and manage trades for larger or specialized repairs
* Maintaining detailed records and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard
Requirements
