Join our dynamic team as a Bartender at the Hilton Garden Inn Busselton, located in the heart of Busselton, Western Australia. In this role, you will assist our passionate food and beverage service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
We are seeking energetic and friendly individuals with excellent customer service skills and prior experience in Bar Service, who are eager to grow with us and commit to a long-term position on our team.
Responsibilities
* Following all alcohol laws and regulations to ensure responsible service
* Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve beverages to guests in a timely manner
* Clean and sanitize the bar area, including tables, chairs, and countertops
* Stock and replenish supplies as needed
* Assist with other duties assigned by the manager
* Assist with business needs as required
Requirements
* RSA certificate
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers or situations
* Knowledge of cocktail and local wines
* Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
* Provide support in other sections of the food and beverage department as needed
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
