What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support within our Stakeholder & Corporate Affairs team. The role supports the General Managers for Community & Social Licence, Environmental Strategy & Planning, and Strategic Property & Land Solutions.
The Role's Key Responsibilities
* You will provide day-to-day executive support including diary management, meeting preparation and minute taking, documentation coordination, credit card reconciliations, reporting deadlines coordination.
* The role also supports team project activities such as meetings/events/offsites assistance with procurement tasks (purchase orders/invoices/compliance), manages large document submissions in Salesforce CRM tracking actions/decisions maintenance of stakeholder data assist executive assistant backup when required.
