What you'll do
* Understand and address clients' unique needs as a trusted advisor by providing insightful commercial and technical analysis.
* Support clients through the entire deal lifecycle from mergers and acquisitions to restructuring and strategic alliances.
* Leverage emerging technologies and innovative tools to enhance client experiences and deliver smart solutions.
* Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, coordinate stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership and team development.
What we're looking for
* Professional qualifications in business, finance, technology, law or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.
* Strong commercial acumen and experience in due diligence, IT strategy, M&A strategy or management consulting.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high‐quality deliverables.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and business‐writing skills with a solid understanding of the Australian market and deal environment.

Salary
The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700, including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
