A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a skilled HR Process & Improvement Specialist for a 6 month fixed-term contract based in Mulgrave. Key Responsibilities
* Analyse HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and compliance workflows.
* Identify improvement opportunities using data‐driven methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
* Implement quick‐win changes, document procedures, and train staff for sustainable outcomes.
* Assist with decision making around implementation of a possible new HRIS system.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align initiatives with industry regulations.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in HR process improvement and systems implementations, preferably in energy, utilities, or manufacturing.
* Proven expertise in process mapping, BPM tools (e.g., Visio, Minitab), and change management.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in HRIS systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement in fast-paced environments.
