About the Role
As a Property Management Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Osprey Village.
From tenancy administration to inspections and reporting, you'll help ensure our properties are well-managed and our residents are supported — all while contributing to the team's success in delivering high-quality village services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inspections, prepare reports, and manage maintenance requests
Process leases, applications, and bond transactions
Communicate with tenants and stakeholders professionally
Perform general admin and reception duties, including RMS data entry
Support WHSEQ practices and contribute to a safe, compliant workplace

What You'll Bring
Minimum 12 months' experience in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid admin skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and RMS
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
