We are currently hiring Geologists to support ongoing mineral exploration and mining programs across Western Australia.
Key Duties
* Drill supervision and sampling (RC and diamond)
* Soil and rock chip program planning and execution
* Geological mapping and interpretation
* QA/QC of sampling programs
* Field logistics and contractor coordination
* Use of GIS and logging software (e.g. Micromine, LogChief)
* Daily reporting and contribution to geological models
* pXRF operation and data entry
Requirements
* Degree in Geology or Earth Science
* Comfortable working in remote areas with small teams
* Manual C-Class Driver's Licence
* Good communication and organisational skills
* First Aid Certificate
* 4WD Certificate (preferred)
* Ability to pass medical and drug & alcohol screening
* National Police Clearance
* Physically fit and able to work 12-hour days in remote settings
* Based in Perth with full Australian working rights
