The Role We’re searching for a confident and passionate Senior Flagship Store Manager to lead the opening, shape the in-store culture, and build a dream team from the ground up. From hand-selecting your Assistant Manager and team members, to shaping customer experience and team rituals, this is your chance to take true ownership of a store that’s set to redefine beauty retail. As a key player in the brand’s expansion, you'll also be fast-tracked for future senior leadership opportunities as the business scales — think multi-site and Area Management.
