Based in Norwest Business Park – Sydney, the business has a highly experienced management team and staff that focus on delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. All sales are supported by a supply chain and customer service team that ensure the Rainbow range of products are efficiently distributed throughout Australia from our 10 warehouses.
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high performing customer service roles or managing fast paced customer service teams.
Responsibilities
Responsible for processing of orders from receival through to invoicing
Regular phone and email communication with clients, sales team and logistics providers
Driving customer service enhancement projects
Work closely with Finance Team to support customer invoicing and statements
Being an integral part of the sales support team
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Service roles
SAP (Hana) & EDI order to invoice processing
Office suite
Experience in the Agriculture sector preferred
Ability to work autonomously and in a small team
Well-spoken and highly fluent in English
Part of a small yet dynamic team
Strong team culture in a growing business
Flexible travel - Dedicated parking onsite or 200m from Norwest Train Station
Ideally, candidates should be based in Sydney, but experienced candidates can work remotely.
