Job Title: CCMS Coordinator Location: Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project Roster: 2:1 FIFO roster, 11-hour days Duration: 12+ months Reports To: Commissioning Manager (on-site) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced CCMS Coordinator to join our team on the Hope Downs 1 Sustaining Project.
This role is responsible for overseeing and facilitating on-site CCMS and handover activities, ensuring compliance with procedural and governance requirements, and supporting completions teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Administer and coordinate the CCMS system in line with project governance requirements.
Oversee and facilitate on-site CCMS and handover activities.
Support completions teams and CCMS processes.
Create, assist, or validate plans and procedures; streamline and improve work processes.
Provide coordination, support, and governance for punch listing processes.
Validate work packs and test packs for shutdowns and tie-ins.
Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in the administration and coordination of CCMS systems in a FIFO capacity.
Demonstrated competency with office computer software packages, computer systems, and databases.
Proven experience supporting CCMS processes and completions teams.
Strong understanding of procedural and governance requirements for CCMS systems.
Ability to work in a high-paced site environment and manage multiple priorities.
