Job Description:
The role of an administrative assistant is varied and dynamic. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to accountants, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
* Liaising directly with clients on behalf of accountants
* Preparing documents on behalf of accountants
* Liaising with regulatory bodies such as the ATO and ASIC
* Updating company information and managing appointments on behalf of accountants
* Performing ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Ideally, you will have experience working in a public practice accounting firm and be willing to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
