Placement and Return to Work Specialist
The South Australian Housing Trust is seeking an experienced Placement and Return to Work Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality advice and support to employees and leaders across the organisation, focusing on case management of excess and unattached employees as well as those returning to work after injury.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert advice and guidance on placement and return to work coordination;
* Developing and implementing recovery and return to work plans;
* Working closely with Work Injury Services and SA Housing Trust leaders to identify and apply early intervention measures following workplace injuries;
* Monitoring workforce mobility data and providing insights to inform workforce strategies and decisions.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of placement and return to work processes and procedures;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* High level of organisational and time management skills.
