Office Administrator – Growth-Focused Trade Business
We are a fast-growing trade services company entering a deliberate expansion phase and are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to help drive our next stage of growth.
This is not a "sit at the desk and answer phones" role.
This is a pivotal position that will directly influence client experience, cash flow, scheduling efficiency, and business scalability.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Managing work orders via AroFlo (scheduling, job tracking, updates)
* Client communication and service coordination
* Assisting with quoting and follow-ups
* Invoicing and debtor follow-up
* Back costing of completed works
* Lead capture and client creation
* Supporting systems development and process improvement
* Assisting with Xero data entry and financial admin
We use:
* AroFlo (work order management system)
* Xero (accounting software)
Full training will be provided on both platforms.
This position operates from a dedicated home office within the owner's private residence, applicants must be comfortable working in that environment while maintaining a professional workplace standard.
