Chef De Partie Role
As a key member of our culinary team, the Chef De Partie will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across all Restaurant operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising daily kitchen activities to ensure seamless service delivery. This includes preparing food products, managing inventory, and directing junior chefs in their roles.
* Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing menu concepts that align with hotel branding and customer preferences.
2. Maintaining high levels of productivity while adhering to health and safety regulations.
3. Providing leadership support to sous chefs, demi-chefs, commis cooks, kitchen stewards, as well as other members within the culinary department.
