About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join our Adelaide Branch within the Space Rentals division, working in a friendly, close-knit team with a supportive Manager who is genuinely invested in training and mentoring.
Well suited to recent graduates or those early in their career, this role offers hands-on experience, structured support, and exposure to a global organisation with real long-term career opportunities.
As part of our internal sales team, you’ll support customers across construction, education, commercial, and resources sectors—handling enquiries, preparing quotes, and helping deliver practical solutions. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth, end-to-end sales process while learning how a successful rental business operates.
What You’ll Do
* Respond to incoming client calls and sales enquiries in a timely, professional manner
* ollow up sales and rental opportunities to support business growth
* Assist external sales representatives with quotes, customer communication, and internal projects
* Allocate fleet buildings to hire jobs and coordinate with sales, contracts, and operations teams
* Maintain accurate sales documentation, reports, and trackers
* Provide friendly, reliable customer service at every stage of the process
What You Will Bring
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and motivation to build a long-term career
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisational and time-management abilities
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and processes
* Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not essential — training will be provided
* A recent tertiary qualification in Business, Construction, or a related field is highly regarded
