We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in South Burnie.
The role involves assisting and supporting our wider team, providing customer updates and bookings regarding vehicle repairs, and liaising with parts providers, subcontractors, and insurers.
Position details:
* Permanent position
* Monday to Friday, no weekends
Role responsibilities:
* Greeting customers on arrival and recording details
* Collecting vehicle damage photos for assessment
* Liaising with vehicle insurers regarding claims and repairs
* Parts receipting and stocking
* Coordinating with subcontractors for vehicle repairs
* Handling telephone and email correspondence
