Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our organisation's aged care and disability support services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of aged care and NDIS support services across multiple sites
* Supervise and support Team Leaders, Coordinators, and frontline staff
* Oversee client intake, service coordination, and care planning processes
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality frameworks
* Monitor incidents, complaints, and feedback to drive service improvement
* Coordinate workforce planning, rosters, and resource allocation
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and policy development
* Support audit preparation and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience managing operations in aged care or disability services
* A sound understanding of compliance frameworks (NDIS Practice Standards, Aged Care Quality Standards)
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented, energetic, and adaptable
* Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
* Qualification in Health, Community Services, or Business Management
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
