About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering property management services to achieve sales and earnings targets.
* Building relationships with clients to understand their current & future needs
* Identifying new opportunities for client investments
* Conducting regular property inspections
* Managing debt on behalf of landlords
* Organizing repairs and maintenance on behalf of landlords
* Preparing documents for new and existing landlords and tenants
You will have expertise in Residential Tenancy Legislation, hold a current driver's licence, and possess excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
