With a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential mixed-use and Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments they have a long track record of creating city-shaping product and exceptional living spaces that redefine urban living. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Sydney to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our residential mixed-use and BTR properties, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
2. Lead a talented marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
3. Create and deliver sales and marketing campaigns for national property portfolios.
4. Drive consumer centricity and brand strategy across all stages while collaborating with business stakeholders.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and design to align marketing strategies with project objectives.
6. Utilise market research and data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
7. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, online and offline campaigns, and digital content to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
8. Manage budgets effectively and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and vendors.
Qualifications:
10. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
11. Circa 6 years of postgraduate experience in real estate marketing, with ideally a focus on BTR projects.
12. Proven success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive results.
13. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team.
14. Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content strategies.
15. Experience with market research and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
16. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
17. Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
18. Proficiency in marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms.
