Responsibilities:
* Gathering and understanding business requirements for data visualization and analysis
* Collaborating with workforce analysts, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts on business processes to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes
* Creating complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis
* Ensuring data security and compliance with best practices, governance frameworks, and privacy principles
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues in Power BI reports
Skills:
* Planning, scheduling, and leading a project to a successful outcome, particularly in a Power BI implementation project scenario
* Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
* Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
* Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Adaptability to changing business requirements
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields is desirable
* Power BI certifications are a plus
