Great opportunity to join a well-established organisation based in the St George area. Due to expansion and growth, the company is looking for a strong administrator/customer service person to join their busy team.
Your new role
Your day will consist of a variety of duties including
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
* Process enquires
* Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and documentation
* Support internal sales teams with coordination and communication
* Assist with events and diary management
* Data entry of stock and orders into Excel spreadsheet
* Update daily reports
What you will need to succeed
* Previous experience in customer service and administration, ideally within the sports, retail or leisure industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Intermediate Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* A proactive team player with a positive attitude
