The Role
A Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding clients back to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
You'll use a holistic approach to achieve their goals.
Duties Include:
* Functional Capacity Evaluations: Assess clients' abilities to help them reach their return-to-work objectives.
* Worksite Assessments: Identify suitable duties for clients to support their short-term and long-term goals.
* Collaborative Care: Work with other health practitioners through case conferencing.
* Rehabilitation Activities: Organize activities like Pilates and Hydrotherapy to aid recovery.
* Medical Report Analysis: Review and interpret medical reports (e.g., MRIs, X-Rays).

Requirements Include:
* Professional registration with AHPRA
* Strong client focus and relationship-building skills
* Current or ability to obtain a Working With Children Check.
