As a Mine Site Cleaner Leading Hand, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high cleaning standards across our facilities. This role involves supervising staff and maintaining service to meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise staff and ensure service meets the expected standards
* Address shortfalls in consultation with the site manager and implement corrective actions
* Clean mine sites, offices, crib huts, and bathhouses
* Maintain common areas by emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
This position requires at least 12 months of experience as a cleaner, a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, a motivated attitude, and a valid driver's license.
