About the Opportunity
This is a key leadership role supporting the delivery of NSW Health's capital program through effective and value-add procurement. As the Procurement Manager, Capital Program, you'll help shape and implement best-practice procurement frameworks, systems and processes that align with Health Infrastructure's corporate objectives and NSW Government policies. Working closely with the Director of Procurement, project teams and senior stakeholders, you'll provide expert procurement advice, oversee tender and contract activities, and drive continuous improvement to ensure value for money, transparency and compliance in the delivery of major health projects.
This is a full-time ongoing position. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate. Please note that, as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
About You
You're an experienced procurement professional with a strong understanding of government or infrastructure procurement frameworks. You bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and a practical approach to managing complex procurement processes. Confident in leading and mentoring others, you're skilled at developing effective strategies, identifying risks, and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes. You're collaborative, solutions-focused, and passionate about contributing to projects that deliver lasting benefits to the NSW public health system.
