Field Technician Role
This role entails troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with KIOSK, ACUS, and Automated Baggage Drop (ABDs) machines.
* Initial Level 1 troubleshooting and resolution for issues related to KIOSK, ACUS, and ABDs machines will be performed.
* Regular equipment inspections and applications are conducted to identify and resolve issues.
* Common problems such as paper jams and minor mechanical errors on KIOSKs, ACUS, and ABDs are handled.
* Effective customer service and support is provided, ensuring incident triage and escalation when necessary.
* Incidents and service requests are accurately logged in the ticketing tool.
* Accurate records of spares and consumables inventory are maintained.
* Safety guards are correctly installed and functioning.
* Corrective and preventive maintenance ensures optimal equipment performance.
* Prompt, reliable, and courteous support is delivered to customers, developing positive relationships.
