Toowoomba's Most Unique Roster: 62 Hours/Fortnight + 4-Day Weekends
Are you looking for a career that doesn't lead to burnout before you've even started?
Most graduate roles promise "balance" but deliver 40-hour weeks and high KPIs. We do things differently. We are a modern, spa-like clinic in Toowoomba looking for a New or Recent Graduate to join us in January 2026.
We offer a full-time salary for a 31-hour average week, giving you the headspace to become an exceptional clinician without the exhaustion.
The "Unicorn" Roster
* 62 hours per fortnight total.
* Week 1: 5 days on.
* Week 2: 3 days on.
* The Result: A 4-day weekend every fortnight to explore the Gold Coast, head to Brisbane, or just recharge.
* Zero weekends, Zero home visits, and Zero unrealistic KPIs.
Clinical Excellence & Mentorship
We don't want you "just cutting nails." We want you to fall in love with the profession.
* Diverse Caseload: Immediate exposure to MSK, pediatrics, and high-risk foot care.
* 1-on-1 Mentorship: Scheduled time to review cases, practice hands-on skills, and build confidence.
* Paid Professional Fees: We cover your AHPRA registration and provide a $1,000 annual CPD allowance.
* Financial Security: Competitive base salary + a retainer option for current students to ease the transition into work.
Why Toowoomba?
Forget the "country town" stereotype. Toowoomba is a vibrant "Garden City" 90 minutes from Brisbane.
* Lifestyle: Award-winning cafes, wineries, and the famous Carnival of Flowers.
* Connectivity: A state-of-the-art airport with direct flights to Sydney/Melbourne.
* The Best of Both Worlds: Low cost of living with big-city amenities and easy access to the Sunshine and Gold Coasts.
Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for someone who is:
1. A final-year student (graduating 2025) or a recent grad.
2. Passionate about clinical outcomes and patient experience.
3. Looking for a long-term "home" rather than just a first job.
