Job Description Prepare and present high-quality Thai and hot dishes in the main kitchen in accordance with the restaurant's standards. Manage and oversee a section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food are to the highest standards. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and ensure variety and quality in the dining experience. Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Train and mentor junior kitchen members to ensure consistent and high-quality food preparation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a premium restaurant or hotel setting. Exceptional cooking skills with a strong focus on Thai cuisine. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior chefs. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
