**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Assortment & Service Standards**:
- Oversee product selection, inventory management, and service quality.
- Develop and execute purchasing and marketing strategies while establishing pricing structures.
**2. Customer Inquiries**:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate, helpful information about our products and services.
- Offer expert advice on the best use of safety equipment and services.
**3. Order Entry**:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure order details are correct and provide timely confirmations to customers.
**4. Quoting**:
- Prepare and send price quotations to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide competitive quotes for bulk orders.
**5. Follow-Up**:
- Proactively follow up with customers to keep them informed on order status.
- Address any concerns or issues related to order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and track financial transactions.
**6. Retail Shop Assistance**:
- Help customers with product inquiries and assist in making purchases at our retail shop.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
**7. Budgeting & Staff Management**:
- Manage budgeting for the establishment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in order processing and data entry.
- Knowledge of safety equipment, PPE, or workwear is a plus.
- Positive, customer-first attitude.
