About the Role
As a
Store Manager Couple
, you will:
Lead the day-to-day operations of a remote community supermarket
Coach and develop local team members
Drive ALPA's nutrition initiatives
Work closely with merchandising and nutrition teams
Manage remote logistics, supply chain challenges, and cultural considerations
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in retail management
Strong knowledge of electronic retail systems (POS, stock control, staff scheduling)
Certificate III in Retail or willingness to complete within 12 months
High adaptability and cultural awareness in remote or regional settings
