Operations Shift Supervisor
The role is responsible for overseeing and supporting in-house maintenance teams across day-to-day operations to ensure business continuity.
* Leading a team of maintenance personnel to deliver business continuity and excellence.
* Supporting shift teams looking after gaming, food & beverage, hotel, and wardrobe maintenance services.
* Coordinating responses and providing technical direction across teams.
Responsibilities also include coordinating, implementing, and monitoring safety systems, issuing permits, conducting audits and inspections, reporting on non-compliance, and monitoring actions.
