Working under the guidance of the Clinical Quality Coordinator Team Leader, the role contributes to a safe, effective, and connected care environment that honours the ex-service community.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the use of quality systems and tools (e.g. Moving On Audits) to implement, document, and evaluate improvements, including audits, surveys, and feedback processes.Assist with risk management, regulatory reviews, and complaints handling while promoting safety and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.Facilitate Quality forums, support staff with procedures and systems, and contribute to the review and implementation of quality and safety processes across sites.Travel across various Melbourne Metropolitan sites may be required.About YouTo be successful in this position, you will be resident focused and passionate about providing quality clinical care.You will also have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.Knowledge and experience in aged care (residential and/or home care) and understanding of aged care quality standards and relevant legislation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage sensitive information, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in electronic documentation systems and computer literacy (including databases and spreadsheets).Strong time management and organisational abilities.Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and applying continuous improvement principles; project management experience is desirable.Current full driver’s license and ability to drive and willingness to travel between VRSC sites.We recognise the rich diversity of people across Australia.
