Tasting Room Manager Position
We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Tasting Room Manager, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences within our Level 4 Tasting Room and other areas of the d'Arenberg Cube.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tasting Room visitation and sales management
* Providing internal and external customer service excellence
* Creating enjoyable and educational customer experiences
* Concierge services and staff supervision
* Induction, training, coaching, and mentoring staff members
* Product updates and Vintage changes dissemination
* Staff roster monitoring and cost-effective coverage
* Standard Operating Procedures creation and maintenance
Requirements:
* An established track record in customer-facing roles, with a focus on exceptional service delivery
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards common goals
* Strong knowledge of wine and its production processes
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
