For this role, you will need to have your
2E Security Industry Licence
as well as your
Master Licence Certificate
.
This work will suit people with experience in the
legal industry, health & safety, engineering, or HR
.
Here's What the Role Looks Like
You will be supported to learn or improve skills to undertake detailed investigations into physical and psychological claims
You will be invited to take on cases that suit your experience and location, on a contract or casual basis
You'll work closely with our investigation management team—fun but focussed experts in the field
You'll be trained in the use of our online case management system and administrative processes
You will scope and plan investigations, with our support and review
You'll conduct investigations including site inspections, interviewing witnesses, writing statements, and gathering documents, with our support and a buddy
You'll prepare investigation reports and receive detailed feedback
You'll also be part of our national organisation and local investigation team, with HR, training, community, and industry activities that go along with it

Candidates may be asked to complete a short online assessment
Successful applicants will attend an interview with our workers' compensation team, including a short investigative interview to demonstrate skills and cultural fit
Rates are negotiable depending on experience.
Ongoing rate increases are commensurate with skills and experience gained.
