We are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Maintenance & Parts Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and understands the importance of reliability, compliance, and minimising downtime.
This is a hands-on coordination role supporting both local and remote operations, with regular travel across the Northern Territory. You'll work closely with operational teams, mechanics, suppliers, and leadership to ensure fleet and plant assets remain safe, compliant, and ready for delivery.
About the Role
As the Fleet Maintenance & Parts Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating fleet and plant servicing, maintenance, repairs, and inspections
* Managing service records, maintenance schedules, and compliance registers
* Coordinating parts procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships
* Supporting remote crews with timely fleet, equipment, and materials allocation
* Conducting monthly fleet and equipment audits
* Ensuring all documentation and records remain accurate, current, and audit-ready
* Supporting operational continuity by proactively identifying maintenance requirements and minimising downtime
* Maintaining compliance requirements including registrations, permits, and inspection schedules
What We're Looking For

* Previous experience in fleet coordination, maintenance planning, or asset management
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail and strong record-keeping capability
* Experience managing compliance documentation and maintenance systems
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Experience within construction, civil, transport, trade services, or similar operational industries highly regarded
* Confidence working with digital systems such as SharePoint, maintenance, or asset management platforms
