We've got a Human Resource Advisor contract opportunity with a QLD Government organisation, based on the Gold Coast!
As a HR Advisor, you will deliver high-quality HR services. You will support workforce planning, recruitment and selection, performance and conduct matters, and staff development initiatives!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, and disciplinary processes
* Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding activities
* Deliver HR briefings and presentations to staff and leadership
* Undertake research and analysis of legislation and HR trends
* Support organisational development, culture, and workforce capability initiatives
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
About you:
* Experience providing human resource management services and advice to leaders within an operational environment
