Profile
We are seeking a technically strong and commercially minded finance leader to join as Group Head Office.
This is a highly visible role across the business supporting and reporting directly to the CFO.
This hands-on role oversees management and board reporting, acts as the key liaison for audit and tax, and partners closely with senior executives and branch leaders to translate financial data into business insights.
The position requires strong systems and process thinking to manage current manual ERP challenges and legacy processes while leading an upcoming transformation project to modernise.
Team management and mentoring are key, guiding a capable finance team to think beyond processes and embrace a more commercial, value-adding approach.
Experience in heavy machinery, construction, transport or logistics is highly desirable but open to industry for the right experience.
