Job Description

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the City's extensive portfolio of community facilities. This is your chance to make a real impact on the spaces our residents use every day, while working in a supportive team environment that values safety, quality, and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Complete routine maintenance and minor works on City facilities
* Conduct site inspections and ensure works meet KPIs
* Validate invoices and manage work orders efficiently
* Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with WHS standards
* Assist in developing renewal programs and future project estimates
* Action recommendations from service reports promptly
* Provide quality outcomes for community facilities
* Facility Management or Construction Certificate (essential)
* Safety Awareness Training Certificate (White Card)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in building/facility maintenance
* Proven ability to lead and manage small teams and contractors
* Strong knowledge of WHS and construction standards
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
* Experience with maintenance management systems
* Current Driver's Licence and National Police Clearance
